For over 20 years PEC has been working with indivduals to help them to revolutionise the way that they communicate. This is a development programme that encapsulates much of what we have learned in that time about how to help people become really effective communicators.

Our Communication Programme comprises of a series of confidential one-to-one and small group sessions spread over a number of months. Each group never contains more than six people which allows us to focus on your needs, the behaviours you use and why you respond the way you do to situations. Ultimately, the programme will enable you to discover a whole set of new options for succeeding in tough situations.
