Where you'll find your answers

Stage 1 - Preparatory one-to-one sessions
The first 90-minute session is devoted to finding out what you want. It will also help you to assess where you are now with your communication skills. Because all PEC client sessions are in held in strict confidence they enable you to be really honest about what you want and about any reservations you might have about doing the programme in the first place. Most people opt to have two of these sessions.

Stage 2 - The Group sessions
These are run over two days and will accommodate just five other people besides you. The small group size ensures that everyone gets plenty of attention from both the coach and from the others in the group. There is a strong emphasis on having the time to try things out and to think about the consequences in a friendly and supportive environment. Participants tell us that they have derived great benefit from watching and helping others to learn - even the sessions when it was not 'their turn'.

Stage 3 - Follow-up one-to-one sessions
A few months after the group phase each person comes back to review and consolidate what they have been working on. This is a good opportunity to revisit some of the basics and to fine tune what has already been successfully tried out. We have been told by participants that they find this a useful date to aim for and that it helps to maintain the momentum for learning after the intensity of the group sessions has faded.

All sessions are held in Central London. All sessions are in confidence and we do not produce reports on participants.
