Terms and Conditions

Fees, refunds and credits
All fees are subject to VAT and become payable in full at time of booking. Once paid, fees cannot be refunded. We will, in most circumstances, be happy to transfer a 'credit' onto another participant from your organisation for unused portions of the programme. This does not apply to the follow-up one to one session which is not transferable.

Terms
All invoices must be settled in full within 30 days of the invoice date.

Confidentiality
We will not under any circumstances report back to an individual or organisation on the details of the participation of any client without their expressed permission.

Coaches
We reserve the right to use another experienced and knowledgeable lead coach of equal expertise, from within PEC, to replace Dr Paul Furey without prior notice.
